This Privacy Policy explains how Rel Play ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile games and related services, including Football Quiz and JigCharm.

1. Information We Collect

Identifiers

• Anonymous internal user identifiers, including identifiers created through Firebase anonymous authentication.
• Device identifiers made available by your device, operating system, or integrated service providers.
• Advertising identifiers where available, subject to platform settings and permissions.

Usage and gameplay information

• App opens, session starts, gameplay activity, level progress, and feature usage.
• Correct and incorrect answers, power-up usage, reward claims, and progression events.
• Ad engagement events, such as ad availability, views, completions, and reward callbacks.
• Purchase attempts, purchase results, and restore purchase events.

Diagnostic information

• Crash reports, error logs, and technical diagnostics used to maintain service stability and prevent abuse.

Purchase information

• Product identifiers, purchase status, entitlement state, and limited receipt or verification-related information.

Saved profile information

• Game progress, coins, lives, skips, collected cards, settings, language preferences, and other local or synced profile state.

2. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve our games and services.
• Save and restore game progress and synced profile state.
• Deliver gameplay rewards, ad-based features, and in-app purchases.
• Measure app performance, usage, and game balance.
• Detect fraud, validate purchases, and protect service integrity.
• Diagnose bugs, crashes, and technical issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Third-Party Services

Our games use third-party service providers that may process information on our behalf or for their own service operations. These may include:

• Firebase (including anonymous authentication, analytics, and crash reporting)
• Google AdMob
• Unity Ads
• LevelPlay / ironSource mediation and mediated advertising partners
• Singular
• DevToDev
• Apple (including the App Store, TestFlight, and in-app purchase infrastructure)

These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

4. Advertising and Attribution

Our apps may display advertisements. Advertising and attribution providers may collect device, usage, and event information to serve, measure, attribute, and improve ads. Ad personalization and attribution may depend on your device settings, platform permissions, and whether tracking is allowed on your device. You can manage tracking-related settings in iOS.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple, not directly by us. We may receive limited purchase status information needed to verify transactions, restore eligible purchases, and grant in-game content.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not knowingly directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the app, please contact organizationrelplay@gmail.com so we can review the request.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Analytics providers and diagnostics providers.
• Cloud infrastructure, hosting, and backend service providers.
• Advertising, attribution, and mediation partners.
• Payment and platform providers, including Apple.
• Authorities, regulators, or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, maintain accountless gameplay continuity, support analytics and fraud prevention, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. Some information may be retained longer where required or permitted by law.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other actions regarding your personal information. Because Football Quiz currently uses anonymous gameplay accounts, requests should be sent by email to organizationrelplay@gmail.com.

You may also be able to control certain data collection through your device settings, such as advertising or tracking preferences.

10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. Where required, service providers may use contractual or other safeguards designed to protect transferred information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
