Rel Play

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services provided by Rel Play ("we," "us," or "our"), including Football Quiz and JigCharm. By downloading, accessing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use

You may use our apps only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the app or any content.

3. Accounts and Progress

Our apps may use anonymous sign-in and local or cloud-synced storage to preserve your progress. We do not guarantee that progress, rewards, or purchased items will always be available without interruption, but we may use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain continuity.

4. In-App Purchases

Our apps may offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and are subject to Apple’s terms, billing rules, and refund policies. All billing, payment, and subscription management (if ever offered) are handled by Apple, not by us.

We may use purchase status information to grant content, verify transactions, and restore eligible purchases.

5. Advertisements and Third-Party Services

The app may display ads and use third-party services for analytics, attribution, diagnostics, and monetization. Your use of the app may involve interactions with third-party providers such as Firebase, AdMob, Unity Ads, LevelPlay / ironSource mediation, Singular, DevToDev, and Apple. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where prohibited by law from restricting that right.
• Exploit bugs, automation, or unauthorized tools to gain unfair rewards or disrupt service integrity.
• Interfere with servers, networks, ad delivery, purchase systems, or game balance.
• Use the app for commercial resale, unauthorized distribution, or content extraction.

7. Intellectual Property

Football Quiz, including its software, design, visual assets, text, audio, branding, and related materials, is owned by Rafael Dicker and/or applicable licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of our apps at any time, including gameplay features, balancing, monetization, rewards, availability, and supported platforms. We are not obligated to continue any specific feature forever.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the app will always be secure, compatible, or free from bugs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rel Play will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, profits, or business arising from or related to your use of our apps. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or created legal or technical risk. You may stop using the app at any time.

12. Privacy

Your use of Football Quiz is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we may revise the effective date above and post the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of Football Quiz after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
